According to our own experience in the search for our properties, there are unfortunately many scammers and dubious offers on the Canarian real estate market.

We have experienced everything from properties that do not exist and no contact is possible after the client has transferred the money, to properties that are offered completely differently than they actually are (e.g. offered west side, orientation is east side) to illegal rentals.

In addition, we see existing agents specializing in 6-11 month or long-term rentals without customization options, unadapted to many of the requests we receive.
